But Spiderman doesn't have the 'noble aura' attached to it as is present in LOTR! So LOTR theme song is much more appropriate.
Yes the LOTR theme is rather more foreboding. What we need is a mash up of LOTR and Spiderman which culminates in Spiderman stealing The Ring (using his web-slinging skill) as it is dropped into the lava by Frodo. Thus becoming the new Ring Bearer.
Oh it turns out that's the plot of the upcoming Spiderman 4 movie.

Lan isn't sure about the validity of Anonymous' previous statement. Wouldn't the intense heat of the lava ruin the integrity of the spider web and perhaps strip it of its adhesive properties?
Not if the webs are composed of inorganic compounds which can withstand the heat of the lava.
Has the new web protoype been tested for possible toxic effects on Spiderman himself? It would be rather unfortunate that he undergo anaphylactic shock or similar simply because he wanted a lousy ring of metal.
A full toxicological study was performed in adolescent gibbons and it was approved by the FDA. It would seem that this new and improved web was based on the old framework and Spiderman's immune system is not sensitive enough to detect the supporting inorganic compounds which confer heat resistance.
Also, "lousy ring of metal"? The One Ring? (to rule them all, find them all blah blah blah)

Who knows, the ring might be an imposter, necessitating a repeat of the scene where Frodo had to employ trickery and deceit to obtain it from Gollum/Smeagol which thus renders any fancy toxicological tests (approved or unapproved) redundant- for now.
I'm more surprised that inhalation of toxic vapours from the lava did not manage to induce acute lung injury. Surely one would have expected some degree of damage to the lung parenchyme, in particular the air/epithelial surface. Although when one factors in the extremely thin nature of the alveolar membrane, damage to the air/epithelial surface is essentially injury to the blood-capillary interface.
Acute lung injury would have progressed to acute adult respiratory disease, cardiovascular shock and thus MORF.
It would be amazing if Spiderman survived the place (regardless of the fact that he covers his body with a ridiculous skintight blue/red bodysuit).
Especially so since we've established that the purging would break the space-time continuum, the parallel dimension, and any other existing alternate dimensions that Sheldon can sprout out of his mouth.
It appears that the more important issue at hand is not whether the developement of the language of third person has attributed to Lan's change in "attractiveness"/tolerance to cuteness, but is actually whether or not anyone else has observed Khammy's symptoms of early onset Schizophrenia.. it appears that she feels that it's necessary to post replies/comments using two different personalities, namely herself (Khammy) and annonymous..
