Sự kết thúc..

As the academic year rapidly draws to a close, Lan finds herself reviewing the events of the past semester. The process didn't take very long because frankly not much happened. Lan was then left twiddling her thumbs and pondering what to do with the rest of her time. She then realised that this week signifies the conclusion of a plethora of things that have been a part of life for years. Nostalgic much? Nope.

Over the weekend Lan had her final tutoring lesson with her self proclaimed "# 1 student". Grudgingly, Lan would be inclined to agree with this rather bold claim. For those wondering why Lan would outwardly show such favouritism, the title is valid due to the following:
a. She is currently Lan's sole student
b. She was Lan's first student
Hopefully RB aces her biology exam =)

This week is Lan's last in Parkville, the last week before she embarks upon her clinical years in (beloved) Wbee. Some quick mental calculations will indicate after a long 7 years of commuting to the CBD every day, Lan is now returning to her roots (so to speak) for her studies.
It then follows that public transport to uni is no longer required. Woot. However, as Newton's 3rd law states, for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Lan doesn't know how but this Newtonian law has somehow insinuated itself into her timetable. Despite living 4km away from the Wbee campus (=more sleep), Lan will have to attend uni 8am-5pm. Gar. Damn you physics!

Lan was certain there were more things to elaborate on. Well.. ok she concedes that when one sees 'plethora', one wouldn't usually think 2. Shh.
Anyway one event that Lan fervently wishes to be over are examsss. Lan's exam timetable is as follows (prepare yourself):

09.11.09 Pharmacology and Toxicology
11.11.09 Parasitology (in Bio21! OoOoo)
13.11.09 Pathology (theory)
16.11.09 Pathology (practical)
18.11.09 Animal, Health, Management & Welfare
20.11.09 Bacteriology & Mycology
23.11.09 Introduction to Veterinary Clinical Sciences (theory)
24.11.09 IVCS (oral)
25.11.09 IVCS (oral)
26.11.09 IVCS (oral)

Tis a wonderful life. Truly.

Khams suffered a myocardial infarction halfway through reading lan's exam list. Then recovered to promptly experience an absence seizure when she resumed reading.

Khams would like to offer her condolences.
