Resolve.

Things to accomplish somewhat within the next year:

1. Be better acquainted with small talk.
When the vet sweeps out of the room and leaves you alone with a client for 'a few seconds'- something needs to be done to fill in that silence.

2. Still on the topic of small talk, think of more creative things to ask other than:
'So how long have you had -insert pet's name-?'
'What an interesting name, how did you come up with it?'
'Such a sweet/nice/other soft, fuzzy term pet, have you had it ever since it was a -insert baby animal term-?'

3. Act confident when all one would like to do is burrow.
Clients will not appreciate ummmms and uhhhhhhs.

4. Get more sleep.
This hopefully is the cause of being unable to maintain consciousness during lectures.
But then again, boredom might be a differential.

5. Procrastinate less/study more/be less lazy

6. Get fit again.
It's been too long.

7. Attend more vet events.
Last year to do so.

8. Care more/be more considerate.
Although writing in The Noble Language of Third Person may cause one to sound like a pretentious snob, it does not entitle one to actually portray oneself as one.

9. Speak up louder and clearer
The ramifications of not doing so were reflected upon marks of the prior year.

10. Graduate with a H.
Ahahas dream on.

ps. Haps B to Enjay!
(that was Lan's miserable approximation of today's youth speak)
