The White Coat Ceremony was held yesterday (indoors thankfully) at the Wbee Racecourse.
We were welcomed by The Dean who finally enlightened upon us exactly what this ceremony signified;
" The White Coat Ceremony marks the important transition of students from interested but detached observers of animal health and disease to individuals actively involved in the management of the health and well being of animals "
In layman terms, Lan is now a trainee vet! 17 months until she is fully "qualified". Whee!
Later that night, we were supposed to go eat some fancy dinner but Canavette fell ill. However all was well when the rest of us found out that we weren't going to miss the Masterchef episode featuring Iron Chef Sakai!
As a newbie trainee vet, Lan is glad to see she already has her priorities right ahahas.

Congratulations Lan :)
Time sure flies... only 3 years ago we were in the same lab together doing experiments, lol.
Does the 'white coat' mean you've graduated??? I wish I got a lab coat with my name stitched on it as well :(
But i liked your old theme :(
Ahahas remember that time when one of us (don't remember who =p) thought that it would be grand to be mute for the entire 3 hours of chem prac?
We surely demonstrated our ability to work in synchrony that day and look where it has gotten us now lol.
Nah white coat just means we begin doing rotations in hospital (think of Scrubs) and are considered trainee vets.
To Anonymous, Lan has stupidly lost her old theme forever but she too eagerly anticipates the extermination of this lay out. It will have to suffice for now.
